Warming Up is Cool !
We’ve all heard how important it is to warm up before exercising—but how many of us actually do it? In climbing, we place significant strain on small ligaments and tendons that weren’t naturally designed to support our body weight. It’s essential to prepare your body and reduce the risk of injury.
Remember that just as important as warming up is before you start your climb, making sure you coo down after is equally important.
